ECAD (Altium) Support
- Provide application support for ECAD Altium Designer
- Create, configure, and maintain Altium environments
- Support Altium libraries, templates, and design standards
- Manage Altium installations, upgrades, and silent deployments
- Support ECAD user workflows and resolve tool-related issues
CAD Support
- Support CAD tools (Creo, NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, Autodesk)
- Configure and maintain CAD environments
- Ensure stable application performance
PLM & XPLM Support
- Support XPLM / PLM applications
- Manage ECAD data, versioning, and releases
- Support change management and BOM processes
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable field
- 4 to 8 yrs of Experience in automotive supplier industry environments (preferred)
- Exposure to ITIL-based support methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex ECAD, CAD and PLM environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- Adaptability to diverse work cultures and global teams
