BMC Helix ITSM Developer Experience 4 – 9 years
work experience requirements:
- Configure the Foundation data and setup the above ITSM modules.
- Configure the Approval Processes
- Configure the Service Level Agreements
- Configure the Service Requests using the native SRM or the Digital Workplace Catalog advanced.
- Perform Quarterly Product Assessment Analysis & provide recommendations to enhance the performance of
- the application.
- Creating Reports, Dashboards and broadcasting the reports
- Support the issues related to the existing integrations.
- Creating the knowledge articles
- Applying the patches and Hotfixes for the applications
- Creating the reconciliation jobs, custom datasets, attributes, classes in CMDB.
- Maintaining the health check of CMDB
- Configuring notifications using html
- Analyzing if any automations can be done to automate certain processes.
- Minor customizations as per business requirements
- Periodic check of logs to identify the issues.
Supporting the Issues related to the below applications:
Digital Workplace, Smart IT, Digital Workplace Catalog, Helix Dashboard, Remedy Single Sign, Mid-tier.
Support Issues related to the BMC Remedy ITSM modules listed below:
Incident Management, Work Order Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Asset Management, Configuration Database Management, Service Level Management, Knowledge Management, Contract Management.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor of Engineering (Any stream).
Candidate with high level of confidence to work with MAHLE Counterparts across globe. Well versed in written & verbal communication.
