Production Quality Assurance

Join our team as a Process Quality Engineer and play a key role in improving product and process quality!We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and communicative person whose work will directly contribute to process stability, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction. If you enjoy working with quality tools, learning, and growing through experience – this is the right opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of quality control systems to ensure the product meets customer specifications
• Implementation and supervision of quality control systems according to MAHLE procedures
• Process analysis and improvement using quality tools
• Analysis of customer complaints and defining root causes
• Implementation of corrective and preventive actions for non-conforming products
• Working with quality documentation: control plans, work instructions, etc.
   

Your Experience and Qualifications

• University degree in a technical field
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory
• Knowledge of quality standards is an advantage
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus)
