Your Role & Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks for the AI ​​Video Creation service, including responding to tickets, granting and revoking access, managing access permissions, among others;
• Support the team in creating KPIs for monitoring services;
• Support the team in creating videos and promotional materials;
• Support the team in creating process documentation
• Develop simple projects using low code. Microsoft Platform: Power Apps and Power Automate;
• Map out processes step by step

Your Experience and Qualification

• • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong academic foundation in Python, Power Platform, Copilot, Power BI, and Azure Fundamentals.
  • 18 Years or older
  • Medically fit
  • English Language as mode of learning and communicating.
