Your Contribution

  • Responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality & Customer standards. 
  • Manage project teams, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Working in coordination with other regional and international colleagues and providing them with regular updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling pricing and customer-related data.
  • In time Escalation process is to be followed to management level.
  • Handling the customers as a single point of contact for project management.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and addressing deviations.
  • Interaction with customers for understanding the requirements & updating the status of projects.

Your Experience and Qualification

  • BE/B. Tech. (Mech/Automobile/Production)
  • Minimum 8-to-12 years’ experience in project management / Engineering role in automotive industry.
  • Prefer the knowledge and experience of machining precision automotive components, like Camshaft, Crankshaft etc….
  • Preference will be given for the knowledge of critical assembly process (like assembled camshaft or other automotive assemblies)
  • Involvement / experience in domestic or international relocation activity for machining plant.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, GD&T, drawings, APQP, PPAP etc.…
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization time-management abilities.
  • Ability to drive the team to achieve the goal.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong computer skills, including MS office – Tools like, Strong Excel knowledge and data management skill, PPT, SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills: (written and verbal) to effectively convey information to stakeholders and team members. Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills: prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills: to identify issues and develop effective solutions. 
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills: to motivate and guide teams, build relationships, and manage conflict. 
  • Customer focused, results oriented & logical thinker
