Process Quality Manager

Your Contribution
- Responsible for ensuring systematic and operational processes are adhered to for all standard hardware ordering.
- Lead the team of engineers to carry out the inspection as per the control plan & ensure fulfillment of the customer requirements.
Your Experience and Qualification
- Monitor Production Processes:
Oversee production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions promptly. - Quality Control: Supervise quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and audits, to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions, utilizing methodologies and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Data Analysis: Analyze quality data, identify trends, and develop solutions to address quality issues, using statistical process control (SPC) methods and data visualization tools.
- Conduct Audits and Inspections:
Perform regular audits and inspections of in-process materials, equipment, and products to identify non-conformances and areas for improvement. - Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze quality performance data, identify trends, and prepare reports for senior management. Use findings to drive process improvements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 12-15 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on mechanical products or manufacturing processes.
- Certifications: Certification in quality control (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt) is preferable
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
