Your Contribution

• To lead and optimize manufacturing operations by ensuring efficient production planning, quality assurance, and team coordination, while driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining safety and compliance standards to meet organizational goals and customer expectations.

Your Experience and Qualification

   (Qualification: -BE. B. Tech/ 12 to 15 years’ Experience)

• Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including the delivery of related services
• Daily Plan VS Actual production & CAPA for shortages.
• CIP projects with defined target.
• Rejection Mapping & Action plan for top three defects.
• Skill development among teams.
• SMED observation & action for setup time reduction.
• NCM Handling/Poka-Yoke verification & activation.
• Process oil life monitoring & replacement plans.
• Document updates & review. (IATF & OHSAS)
• LPA audit compliance & actions against deviation.
• SPC data collection & action for deviation.
• In force team to maintain 5'S' on line.
• Machine Contingency plan & verification as per schedule.
• OPL Preparation & its control through Operating instruction, Check sheets.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Passion to learn new concepts, technologies, and processes.
