Deputy manager/Manager, Product Management

Experience 8 - 12 years

• Work closely with cross function team for new product launch, Help in supplier selection, sample benchmark and inspections, field trails & packing development.
• Data management: Sales name generation, Maintain and update product information in MAPIM (Product management online data), maintain technical specification of products in excel.
• Market survey: Work closely with customers (Dealer, Reborer & mechanics) and sales team to get feedback on product feedback and quality.
• Customer support: Work closely with sales and customer support team for addressing customer quality complaints,
• Technical presentation and training to sales team
• Work closely with operation team for work instruction for product packing
• Field failure analysis of failed product and take up with supplier for preventive and correcting actions

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Automobile/Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electronic Engineering

Skill Set:

• Knowledge Of Internal Combustion Engine And Component Functioning (Motorcylcle, Passenger Car & Heavy Duty)
• Knowledge Of Functioning Of Electric Motor, Controller And Automotive Electronics Components Like Sensor, Relay Etc
• Excellent Communicator, Both Verbally And In Writing.
• Good Teamwork With Interpersonal Skill, Result-Oriented, Multi-Task And    Strong Follow Up.
• Good Office Skills, Such As Powerpoint And Excel.
