The Commercial Planner will be in charge of all commercial planning activities, incl. the yearly planning cycle and any strategic reviews. Will also leads Forecast process across all the MSBS regions , pricing operations and selected projects. This role aims at supporting of the commercial team with insightful analysis and decision-making support activities.

Finally will lead all the CRM and ERP implementation required attending to the commercial needs ( SAP & MS Dynamics)


Your Role & Responsibilities



  1. Strategy & Planning:
    • Drives all activities related to the planning cycle incl. Commercial Plans, Budget in collaboration with all stakeholders
    • Leads the preparation of specific strategic reviews
  2. Forecast Planning
    • Lead the  TOTAL Sales After sales and Aftermarket  Forecast plan for MSBS thanks to and up to date synchronization with all the regions and proper stake holders.
    • Customer interface for leading  the purchase plans and product lifecycle timings.
    • Alignment with Operations teams for securing the demand availability in terms of Product, Quantity and timing.
  3. Pricing & operations: 
    • Leads price setting and commercial policy activities (incl. pricing reviews with Territories )
    • Runs the yearly price review process
    • Supports the Head of Sales in monthly SOP cycle
    • Coordinates and supports implementation of process and operations improvement activities
  4. Financial analysis and decision-making support: 
    • Supports financial analysis data and proposes commercial decisions based on that
    • Builds and validates business cases for projects
  5. Project management
    • SAP Implementation lead in coordination with all the internal stakeholders
    • CRM Implementation . MS Dynamics, Power BI
    • Supports, reviews and provides regular status updates on projects managed by other people within the cluster
  6. Other activities
    • Prepares the commercial sections of management reports in close collaboration with the Finance BP e.g. monthly business report
    • Ad hoc problem solving / operations support


Your Skills & Strengths

  • BA or MA in finance / economics / business administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, project management or similar
  • Excellent MS excel and power point skills
  • Experience with SAP and MS Dynamics
  • Effective planning and project management experience
  • English language a must.
  • Critical technical and professional capabilities
  • Understands business concepts, analyses figures, tackles many competing priorities
  • Displays strong leadership and ability to drive projects and changes
  • Has the ability to understand and assimilate different markets and cultures
  • Communicates with impact
  • Ready to travel up to 15 % into in-territory countries
