The Commercial Sales Support will be responsible for the following activities within a defined customer group for the sales related activities within the defined framework agreed with Sales Lead. In adition, will be supporting on all the sales deliverables to the Regional managers.
How can you become part of our success?

Support the definition and implementation of a short, medium and long term key account sales strategy, through administrative assistance in line with Lead of Sales , Regional Manager.

Support the set up and review of actual budgets and appropriate corrective measures in case of deviations, through administrative assistance in line with Sales Lead

Support the pursuit of new business opportunities by administrative assistance. Administrate regular reporting in line with Superior's instructions.

Support pursuit of price negotiations & agreements including set up / update of (new) prices in the worldwide MSBS pricing data base for a defined scope in agreement with the company's policy.

Support negotiations of contractual changes (change management) and administrate, communicate & release internally in line with Sales Lead.

Handle B2B platforms for a defined scope in agreement with company's policy and Superior's directions.

Support overdue management for a defined scope in line with Superior's directions.

Administrate sales planning tools for a defined scope in line with Superior's instructions.

Support set up of parts references in MAHLE logistics systems and support coordination of call off from customer with internal delivery forecasts and production logistics organization.

Support market analysis actions as agreed with Superior.

Contribute to a long term relationship to the customer and strengthen contact network within customer's organization, focusing on administrative functions.

Support the processing of customer complaints based on quality standards of MAHLE and the constant monitoring of customer satisfaction.
What skills do you need?
- BA or MA in economics / business administration or similar
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, project management sales or similar
- Excellent MS excel and power point and word skills
- Effective planning and project management experience
- English language a must.
