Coordinate the development of all involved Domains (SYS, SW, HW, MECH), ensuring that the product is developed according to the customer      requirements.  

You are responsible for the technical support to the Project manager 

Be a technical reference in each project. 

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and track all project related development activities. 

• Plan and manage assigned project development team resources.

• Plan and request required Project related infrastructure needed for project development team. 

• Track the Resolution of technical problems. 

• Guarantee the simultaneous engineering. 

• Define Milestones within the development. 

• Develop the product in a cost-oriented design, Meeting customer requirements. 

• Analyze the Impact of the Change on the development (time, cost, effort). 

• Technical support to the Project manager. 

• Support the different Domains with technical questions. 

• Organize and Conduct development Team meetings. 

• Participate in the Milestone and Quality gate reviews. 

• Participate in the creation of the System FMEA. 

• Ensure internal and external deliveries of samples. 

• Ensure meeting technical project timing, cost and quality goals along with project manager. 

• Ensure availability of necessary development resource and project infrastructure along with Project Manager. 

• Ensure reaching overall internal and automotive development process performance along with project Manager and Domain leader. 

• Ensure that all development relevant documents required by MAHLE and automotive Standards or customers are available. 

• Manages the technical Definition for the prototype samples. 

• Ensure design FMEA including special characteristics made timely in accordance with product/sample development plan. 

• Ensure availability, Validation and release of prototypes and coordinate all related activities (e.g. with internal or external prototype shops).

• Ensure that development risks are documented, evaluated and measures defined. 

• Ensure that all required documentation is part of the System release. 

Your Skills & Strengths

• Electronics/ Mechanics degree or similar. 
• Inglés (C1). 

• Experience managing technical projects and multi-disciplinary teams. 

  Value PMP. 

• Bike Knowledge desirable.
