Electronic and mechatronics components are playing an increasingly crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of the powertrain and advancing e-mobility. Your Contribution

To lead a multidisciplinary cross functional team within R&D, coordinating the development of the complete system, releasing technical status and ensuring project milestones on time and within budget. The program technical leader act as a bridge between R&D and the rest of the company.

• Team coordination. Lead and coordinate the work of the technical team, assign task and monitor progress.

• Project planning. Plan, coordinate, and track all system level activities. Report system level development status, progress, problems, and issues.

• System Design and Architecture

• System Test Integration Strategy.

• Analyse and approve system requirements specification in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring that system designs align with user needs and organizational objectives.

• Ensure systems comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Analyse the impact of changes to the system.

• Ensure that development risks are documented, evaluated, and measured defined.

• Release technical status.

   

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.

• English and Spanish fluent.

• Experience with system architecture definition.

• Awareness of relevant legal requirements and system level functions and testing.

• Proactive and flexible mindset

• Highly organized and structured way of working.

• Strong communication and assertiveness

• Ability to think critically and manage conflicts.

• Open to travel national and internationally.

• Domain key tools at management level (MS Office – MS Project).

• Matlab, Simulink knowledge desirable.

• Bike knowledge.

• 4 to 6 years in project management or technical related tasks.
