MAHLE SmartBike Systems - Plant Controller

Your Roles & Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting and deviation analysis, preparation of result presentation.
• Participation, preparation and coordination of business plan (Forecast, Budget, Strategic Plan).
• Consolidation of the product segment for actual reporting and planning.
• Preparation of reporting for all stakeholders.
• Handling internal and corporate queries of the entity.
• Enhancement of reporting and planning processes.
• Participation in special projects (Business cases, costs improvement programs,etc).
• Business Partner for all departments.
• Further development and establishment of the R&D and project controlling.

Your Skills & Strengths

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar.
• 3-5 years of working experience in similar position.
• English C1 and Spanish.
• Experience in working in an international environment.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, knowledge in ERP solutions (SAP).
• BI Solutions.
• Capability to communicate on management level.
• Strong analytical competencies.
• Structured way of thinking.
• Flexibility.
