Your Role & Responsibilities

• Support the drafting and submission of invention disclosures.

• Foster the patent culture in the R&D department.

• Help inventors and R&D with every aspect of the patent process.

• Search other similar inventions and patents.

• Train the R&D staff on patents.

• Support the preparation of responses to reports from patent examiners.

• Prepare decisions of R&D management on patent matters.

• Support the Corporate Patent Department on litigation proceedings from a technical side.

• Develop technical solutions free of third party patents.

• Analyze products of third parties in view of the own patent portfolio.

Your Skills & Strengths

• Engineering degree in Telecommunication/Electronics, Mechanics or Systems.
• Working experience in Intellectual Property/Patent Law.
• Industrial/Automotive/Bicycle.

• Proficient language skills in English and Spanish Both writing and speaking.
