MAHLE SmartBike Systems - Mechanical Analysis Engineer

Your Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform linear and non-linear static analysis.
• Perform analysis of eigenmodes, frequency response, transient response and random response.
• Perform the analysis of fatigue behaviour and damage tolerance.
• Carry out the study of linear and non-linear buckling.
• Carry out the rotor dynamics study.
• Perform stationary and transient thermal analysis.
• Perform tribological analysis.

Your Skills & Strengths

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer or similar.
• +10 years of working experience in similar position.
• English business and Spanish valuable
• Deep knowledge of FEM tools, preferably ANSYS, NASTRAN, SAMCEF.
• Deep knowledge of structural mechanical systems and mechaniscm, and mechanical system design.
• Ability to determine the best strategy to perform an analysis.
• Knowledge of metallic, plastic and composite materials.
• Ability to guide a team on how to perform mechanical analysis.
