Your Role & Responsibilities

 

  • Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
  • Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
  • Supervision of reception, storage, distribution and maintenance activities
  • Establishment of distribution and guarantee of efficient use of space
  • Ensure the traceability of the merchandise
  • Monitoring and compliance with the legal requirements for material flow
  • Compliance with Lean and Implementation of 5S
  • Participation in logistically caused Stop @Logistics
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations
  • Manage stock control and compare it with the data storage system
  • Prepare the annual budget
  • Present reports and statistics periodically (IN / OUT status report, inventory report without movement, etc.)
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner

 

Your Skills & Strengths

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of production/warehouse management experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Data abilities strongly preferred. Experience with warehousing programs required
  • 2-5 years of proven experience managing inventory and order reconciliation
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement, provide accurate reporting, and utilize data
  • Experience in project management, lean, and continuous improvement environments strongly preferred
  • Knowledge in transportation matters
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities including presentation skills with recommendations and data
  • English B2 - C1
