MAHLE SmartBike Systems - Inside Customer Service Representative
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Support our dealers / end consumers on the phone as the main communication partner in the specific region (basic customer service hotline)
- Process the incoming emails from both dealers and end consumers
- Process the warranty claims from dealer side through our ERP system using the existing ticketing system
- Create weekly / bi-weekly reports of claims / cases for the respective region
- Evaluate case by case if warranty case or not
Your Skills & Strengths
- Studies in Electronics, Mechatronics or comparable
- Native level in French, German or Italian
- Professional in both spoken and written English
- More than 2 years’ experience in the bike industry
- Experience in bicycle dealerships
- High technical understanding
- Experience on the service sector
