Your Contribution:

 

 

 

As a Warranty Analyst, you will play a critical role in protecting customer satisfaction and product quality by managing warranty claims, conducting product failure analysis, and providing technical support across MAHLE's aftermarket business. You will serve as a key link between customers, Quality, Product Management, Purchasing, and Engineering, helping identify product issues, drive corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

 

 

 

•  Perform product analysis of suspect or used MAHLE  parts returned from the Distributor / customer base for failure analysis / Warranty (Labor Claim) compensation. 

•  Create Reports detailing the results of the product analysis and the failure mode of used parts.

•  Communicate information to Product Management, Plant Management, Quality Assurance, Product Analysts, and Customer Service

•  Enter claims/requests for analysis into warranty database and create 

credit authorizations where applicable.

•  Handle customer inquiries involving product related technical issues

•  Create and submit Corrective Action Requests (C.A.R.'s) to Mahle purchasing for defective supplier components that result in warranty payments or product nonconformance

•  Approve / Reject supplier responses for C.A.R.'s initiated by Service Engineering

•  Answer and process telephone inquiries regarding engine and product specification, application, interchange, installation, and troubleshooting of all MAHLE products.

•  Perform First Article inspections and report results

 

 

 

Your Experience & Qualifications:

 

•  5+ years of experience in the Automotive, Heavy-Duty, or Aftermarket industry.

•  Strong technical knowledge of engine systems, components, product applications, and troubleshooting practices.

•  Experience conducting product failure analysis, root cause investigations, and warranty claim evaluations.

Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions

• Experience in warehouse, inventory management, automotive aftermarket, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
