Your Contribution:

 

As an Inventory Control Coordinator you will generate, publish and complete all data entry needed for all Inventory reconciliation reporting. Maintain high internal customer service by answering emails, phone calls and all verbal requested linked to inventory and material accuracies. Assist in root cause analysis for discrepancies and assist in correcting them. Perform all duties pertaining to audits, cycle counts and research analysis.

  • Review and reconcile daily inventory discrepancies.
  • Perform cycle counts and audits.
  • Enter and validate data in SAP.
  • Monitor stock levels and investigate variances.
  • Communicate with internal teams and 3PL partners.
  • Maintain reports and documentation.
  • Support packaging inventory tracking and purchase orders.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications:

 

  • Experience in inventory control, materials management, or related field.
  • Must be proficient in Excel.
  •  Must be willing to work in warehouse environment and trained to operate all job required devices and machinery.
  • PIT Equipment certified, minimum of the Stock Picker, Reach Truck and other equipment are a plus.
  • Experience with Root cause analysis projects for recurring discrepancies.
