Your Contribution 

As an EHS Coordinator reporting to the Olive Branch Plant Manager, you will be responsible for for implementing and maintaining environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. This role focuses on promoting a safe workplace, reducing environmental impact, and driving continuous improvement through training, KPI tracking, and proactive risk management.

This role is responsible to:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards including Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), Near Miss Reporting Rate (NMRR), Corrective Action Closure Rate (CACR) and Safety Audit Completion.
  • Monitor and report Environmental KPIs (e.g., waste reduction, energy usage, emissions tracking).
  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees, including Material Handling Equipment (MHE) training, Training Completion Rates, and Annual Training Hours per Employee.
  • Manage Workers Compensation claims including Average Claim Closure Time, Lost Time Incident Rate (LTIR) and return-to-work programs.
  • Collaborate with security teams to maintain site security protocols including Security Incident Rate, Emergency Drill Completion and coordination with First Responders.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate EHS documentation and reports for internal and external audits.

Your Experience & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in EHS roles within manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems.
