D Shift - Assembly Team Lead

Your contribution;

The Group Lead directs daily workflow, coordinates resources, assigns work to team members, monitors productivity, quality, and accuracy of warehouse activities, ensures company standards and policies are maintained.

Your experience and qualification;

• High school diploma or GED preferred (required by many employers).
• Experience leading, training, or coordinating employees.
• Warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills for inventory transactions and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or shift schedules as needed.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and equipment certification requirements (where applicable).
