B Shift SAP Coordinator
SUMMARY
Provide assistance to the Supervisor and Group Leaders to enhance the overall efficiencies and accuracies of all processes required to pick, audit, pack, and stage for put away production orders for MAHLE Aftermarket Inc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Monitor reports for pick queues and warehouse tasks for proper assignment & execution & priority levels; monitor radios for call ins and approval of DIFW’s. Monitor creation, assignment, and completion of warehouse tasks for consolidation.
Assist group leader with necessary resources and tools to keep personnel productive (radios, lifts & harnesses, pallets, scanners, box cutters, etc). Maintain assignments for M & G numbers and resources for log in purposes. Support group leader in training of new employees and new or changed processes for correct execution of warehouse task and proper log in and out.
Prioritize and coordinate with supervisor, other group leaders, and customer service reps to schedule production orders to meet delivery and productivity requirements. Troubleshoot problem deliveries and escalate when necessary.
Monitor all quality processes within department. Clean up of old put away and pick warehouse tasks; balance and assign resources to minimize partial picks and balance mezzanine and lift picks across deliveries & orders. Monitor and maintain lost stock bin and stock status type of blocked. Address problems as they arise.
Monitor daily all message queue errors. Provide direction for employees to find alternative locations, fix pallet maintenance, correct packaging specifications, and identify correct stock status and bin assignments Implement actions to achieve department KPI’s.
Perform effective shift handoff to include resources logged out properly, in-process orders staged properly, and any affected warehouse tasks (like replenishment or consolidation) are cancelled properly to set next shift up for success.
Cover for absenteeism and vacation as required.
Work with and display a team concept approach at all times.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Read and respond to emails as necessary.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Must have high school education. 1-3 years office experience, preferably in materials management.
- Computer classes/proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and ability to work on other computer programs.
- Must have very good organizational skills, customer interaction skills, and ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to deal with a great deal of numerical data with accuracy.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to complete basic math calculations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form. Good analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
