SUMMARY

To properly receive and pack finished goods orders, store receipts from in-house packaging department and/or suppliers of MAHLE Aftermarket Inc., properly replenish primary locations and/or properly pull bulk assembly or finished goods orders from proper locations/ and or customers.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

 

Verify, identify, unload, and stage incoming receipts, and/or pull and stage bulk assembly orders, and/or pull, prepare, and load customer orders.

 

Pull required quantiles of parts.

Completion of required paperwork for production reporting

 

Abide by all company safety rules

 

Always maintain proper housekeeping

 

Proper maintenance of pick storage location, aligned to sellable product

 

Maintain accurate records of all products put away, stock moves or replenishment.

 

Enter and take stock out of locations in the computer systems.

 

Provide correct pallet maintenance information.

 

Store and/or retrieve product using material handling equipment.

 

Maintain production requirements on a consistent basis.

 

Transport or retrieve products and supplies to/from correct zones.

 

Work with and display a team concept approach at all times.

 

Perform daily inspection of equipment and report all maintenance problems daily.

 

Multiple functional area required.

 

Fully Automated systems.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to work in fast paced environment.  Must have good driving and safety record.  Employee must have ability to operate material handling equipment.  Must be comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet for various material handling positions.

 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED equivalent. Previous experience or Proof of Forklift Certification Preferred.  Basic knowledge of internal engine parts preferred.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents.  

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to complete basic math calculations.

 

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.  Good analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills and the ability to use mobile device.
