Your Contribution

• Project Planning: Set initial project goals, establish the organizational structure, and clarify operational rules and role assignments.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Consensus Building: Gather and organize requests and concerns from each department, summarize them clearly, and support decision-making.
• Milestone Management: Review progress at each phase, compile necessary documents, and drive approval processes.
• QCD Management (Quality, Cost, Delivery/Schedule): Collect information from all departments and coordinate priorities while considering overall optimization and risk management.
• Issue Resolution: Analyze root causes of problems, develop countermeasures, and lead cross-functional teams in implementing improvements.
• Cross-Functional Facilitation: Coordinate among factory operations, sales, design, production engineering, and quality teams, and drive meetings and decision-making.
• Coordination from Development to Mass Production: Understand processes such as prototyping, evaluation, production preparation, and mass production transition, and lead necessary adjustments.

Your experience & Qualifications

• High school diploma or above
• Valid  driver’s license in Japan
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (including reading and writing kanji)
• Project management experience in the manufacturing industry
• Ability to connect people with diverse roles, perspectives, and assumptions
• English proficiency sufficient for conversation, reading, and writing with the help of a dictionaryPreferred Qualifications
