Your Contribution

You will be responsible for quality control activities centered on the calibration management of measuring instruments and product measurement, with the goal of maintaining and improving product quality. By collaborating with internal departments and external suppliers, you will support the realization of stable product quality through ensuring measurement accuracy and proper data management.

 

  • Manage overall calibration activities for in-house measuring equipment, including coordination of external calibration services and calibration schedule control
  • Perform product dimensional measurements using various instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
  • Record and input measurement data and prepare inspection reports
  • Create and manage documentation related to quality control

Your Experience and Qualification

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese, including reading and writing kanji
  • A proactive attitude toward learning and acquiring job-related skills (procedures and internal rules will be taught through OJT)
  • Basic PC skills (Excel and Word data entry, email communication, and file management)
  • Practical experience in quality control, calibration, or measurement-related work
  • Experience in technical roles within manufacturing industries (electrical or mechanical fields)
  • Knowledge or practical experience related to ISO9001 or IATF16949
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese (email correspondence, document review, and conversation)
