Production Management Manager

Your Contribution

You will be responsible for the overall management of the Production Control Department. As the command center of manufacturing, this role serves as a vital link between the shop floor and management. By overseeing the development, evaluation, and task allocation of multiple team members, you will systematically build your skills as a managerial professional.

• Planning production schedules, monitoring progress, and coordinating delivery timelines
• Procuring materials, managing inventory, and overseeing subcontractors
• Balancing supply and demand in collaboration with the manufacturing department
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality, cost, and delivery
• Training, evaluating, and allocating tasks to department members

Your Experience and Qualification

• High school diploma or above
• Ability to work in Japanese
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in production control
• Experience in department management (regardless of team size)
• Business-level English proficiency (e.g., communication with overseas sites)
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Experience in the automotive industry
