Your Contribution

This position is responsible for coordinating delivery schedules and quantities by working closely with internal production control and logistics departments after receiving order information from customers. At our company, we manufacture a wide range of components—from those used in recreational equipment such as outboard motors and snowmobiles, to parts for generators that play a vital role during disasters. This allows you to experience a strong sense of contributing to society. You will often receive direct appreciation from customers, and by supporting the stable supply of products, you can take pride in being a behind-the-scenes force that ensures our products reach the market.

 

  • Share order information received from customers with relevant internal departments
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with customers based on the factory’s production capacity
  • Handle export-related operations for certain products
  • Regularly manage and review the list of handled items
  •  

Your Experience and Qualification

  • High school diploma or above
  • Comfortable with external communication and negotiation
  • Proficient in Japanese communication, including reading and writing kanji
  • At least 2 years of experience in production control or order management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks
  • Enjoys interacting with people
  • Confident in English language skills
  • Experience in export-related operations
