Manufacturing Process Engineer

Your Contribution

In this role, you will be responsible for equipment maintenance activities while also supporting new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives for existing production lines. You will play a key role in ensuring stable production operations through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
 In addition, you will have opportunities to contribute to process design for new products, production line setup, equipment implementation, and productivity and quality improvement projects. Working closely with the manufacturing floor, you will be able to apply your technical expertise, drive improvements, and directly influence production performance and operational excellence.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures
• Drive activities to ensure stable and reliable equipment operation
• Design manufacturing processes for new products
• Support production line setup and commissioning
• Define and review production equipment specifications
• Lead and coordinate equipment implementation projects
• Drive productivity improvement initiatives
• Lead quality improvement activities
• Evaluate and estimate the return on investment (ROI) of capital expenditures
• Design and improve manufacturing fixtures and tooling

Your Experience and Qualification

• Experience in production equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production line operations
• Experience in continuous improvement activities related to productivity and quality
• Project management or coordination experience in manufacturing environments
• Experience with new product launches and production line setup
• Experience in equipment specification, procurement, and installation
• Experience in fixture/tooling design and improvement
• Knowledge of automation and manufacturing engineering principles
