HR generalist
Your Contribution
This position is responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee development (training programs), benefits administration, labor management, occupational health and safety, organizational changes, performance evaluation, and payroll. You will play a vital role in supporting each employee’s career development and creating a comfortable work environment that maximizes organizational strength.
- Recruitment (new graduates, mid-career, temporary staff)
- Employee labor management
- Handling employee transfers
- Planning and implementing internal and external training programs
- Maintenance and management of welfare facilities
- Promoting occupational health and safety activities
- Various administrative procedures with government agencies
Your Experience and Qualification
Required
- High school diploma or above

Comfortable with negotiations and interactions with employees and business partners

Ability to communicate in Japanese, including reading and writing kanji

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR-related work
Preferred

Detail-oriented and diligent in handling tasks

Enjoys working with people

Strong English proficiency

Holder of “Class 2 Health Supervisor” certification
