Mold Design Engineer

The development of piston systems and cylinder components has been a core competence at MAHLE. Our products are used around the globe in two-wheeled vehicles, passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and large engines. The development and production of high-quality engine components and systems for motor sports and high-performance production vehicles as well as large and small engine components for leading engine manufacturers also fall under this business unit.

Your Contribution

As a mold design engineer reporting to the Head of Foundry, you will be responsible for the development, technology and application of casting molds.

• Responsible for mold design of the prototype product and monitoring the mold delivery during the development phase as scheduled
• Responsible for preparing relevant documents for casting molds, such as casting molds list and casting auxiliary tools list etc.
• Responsible for the manufacturing and maintenance for casting product molds
• Responsible for acceptance and release of molds, and form the mold release report according to the process and procedures

Your Experience & Qualification

• Experience in mold design, casting mold design is perferred
• Professional skills in 3D drawing software and office software
• Good English Skill (Speak, Write, Read)
• Good Communication and Cooperations Skills
