Responsibilities

• 依据马勒集团信息技术相关规定制定MECN技术信息计划，为技术信息决策提供建议和信息支持；

      Develop MECN technical information plan according to MAHLE Group information technology regulations, and provide advice and information support              for technical information decision-making;

• 协助各部门做好相应的计算机管理，并根据公司职位调整需要进行相应的变更，保证计算机站点与实际相符；

     Assist each department in corresponding computer management, and make corresponding changes according to the company's position adjustment                needs, to ensure that the computer site is consistent with the reality;

• 组织实施信息安全培训，提高MECN整体信息安全意识；

     Organize and implement information security training to improve MECN's overall awareness of information security;

• 计算机的日常维护和排障，桌面计算机软件及硬件的安装和维护，软件及系统的远程部署，数据中心及网络基础设施的维护，以及公司IT基础设施的规划及建设；

     Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, installation and maintenance of desktop computer software and hardware, remote deployment                  of software and systems, maintenance of data center and network infrastructure, and planning and construction of corporate IT infrastructure；

• 协同公司总部IT部门，完成一些大规模跨区域IT项目的部署和实施；

     Cooperated with the IT department of the company headquarters to complete the deployment and implementation of some large-scale cross-regional               IT projects;

• 完成上级交办的其他工作。

      Complete other work assigned by superiors。

Requirements

• 本科及以上学历，计算机专业；

         Bachelor degree above, major in Computer Science; 

• 2年以上IT相关工作经验；

         Above 2 years IT related working experience；

• 丰富的IT团队管理经验，熟悉欧美企业IT管理组织架构；

         Rich experience in IT team management; Familiar with European and American enterprise IT management organization structure；

• 熟悉国家、地区及企业关于安全信息管理、制度；

         Familiar with national, regional and enterprise security information management, system;

• 善于沟通和协调；

         Good communication with costumer and colleague;

• 良好的英文听、说、读、写能力。

         Good English Skill (Speak、Write、Read).
