Your Contribution

• Prepare and manage 8D reports, including coordination of sorting activities and approval of incurred costs
• Oversee complaint processing in SAP and ensure timely resolution
• Develop and approve control plans in alignment with customer and internal requirements
• Fulfill tasks related to APQP and PPAP procedures throughout the product lifecycle
• Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics and feedback
• Lead initiatives to reduce production nonconformities and improve process stability
• Organize and conduct customer-specific audits, ensuring full compliance
• Create and update work instructions and procedures based on internal company standards

Your Experience & Qualifications

• University degree in relevant subject or industry experience
• 1 year of field experience
• In-depth knowledge of quality management control tools and methods (APQP, PPAP)
• Good understanding of production quality in automotive industry 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & ability to manage priorities
• Fluent in English
