Mold Maintenance Technician

Your Contribution

As a Mold Maintenance Technician reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing injection and blow molds to ensure peak performance and reduce downtime.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components of molds.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Support production teams by ensuring molds operate efficiently and safely.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• One-year certificate from a technical school and 2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong mechanical background: electrical and hydraulic experience is a plus.
• Write and perform mold preventive maintenance (PM) procedures.
• Proficient in using machine shop equipment such as lathes, milling machines, drills, and surface grinders.
• Skilled in using basic measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
• Must have own tools, a valid driver’s license, and be insurable under company policy.
