Your Role and Responsabilities:


  • Knowledge of Bill of Materials: updating and creation of line documentation, codification of components and subcomponents.
  • Knowledge of process routines: updating and creation of line documentation, codification of operations.
  • Cycle time measurement in assembly processes (MTM).
  • Introduce BOM and routines data into the ERP/SAP.
  • Direct communication with production and engineering to keep BOM and routines updated in ERP/SAP.
  • Product & process changes tracking into ERP.
  • Propose cost saving activities in regards to process optimization.
  • Knowledge of Bill of Materials, updating and creation of line documentation, codification of processes, operations, etc.
  • Priorize the method over the process indeed. Establish standards to work properly and efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of the process (Inputs, Outputs, Semi-finished goods, Work in Process, Out of Process).
  • Establish periodic meetings with Responsibles and Coordinators of Assy. Lines in order to verify that all documents and operations are updated at final level.
  • Strong Shop Floor Management, affinity and understanding.
  • Support the project team in all levels of manufacturing phases (Prototyping, Logistic, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Controlling).
  • Analyze, evaluate and optimize processes to improve time and cost-efficiency, quality and functionality.
  • Implementation and improve of Factory 4.0.
  • Transfer Lessons Learned to development or production engineering.
  • Standardization, support of claim management.
  • Be sparring partner for production bottle neck issues (solution oriented).
  • ECM change management after QG4, be aligned with designers and Project Managers.
  • Work with continuous improvement mentality and realize improvement proposals.
  • Understand and balance priorities
  • Be aligned with all departments to ensure the correct application of Change Management.
  • Signature authorization according to signature policy
  • Solution oriented Leadership and Project Management (PDCA)
  • SQDC Principles and collaboration.
  • Ability to decide and execute Improvement tasks and activities.
  • “Make it happen” mentality.

  • Experience in industrial / automotive area.
  • Knowledge of production.
  • Understanding of HSE practices.
  • Proactive and flexible mindset.
  • Knowledge of time measurements in production.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems / SAP.
  • Relevant technical certificate / Engineering degree.
  • English full profesional competence.
  • Solution oriented workstyle.
  • Able to use domain key tolos at management level (SQL, Programming, MS Office, CAD).
