Head of Plant Controlling

The Head of Plant Controlling is a proactive business partner who contributes to all areas of plant management and provides a strong financial leadership. 

How can you become part of our success? 

• Coordination and preparation of business plan.

• Performance of month-end closing activities and forecasting.

• Preparation and participation in monthly reviews with sibdivision controlling. 

• Track and report capital expenditure projects.

• Support performance initiatives. 

• Identification of saving and optimization potentials. 

• Ensure continupur improvement of processes and ERP software. 

• Active participation and implementation of proactive controlling with leading KPIs and related tools.

What skills do you need? 

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field. 
• Minumum 3-5 years of experience within Controlling in the automotive industry. 
• Excellent English and Spanish language skills.
• Result driven.
• Analytical thinker.
• MS Office, specially Excel & ERP systems.
