HR Development Specialist

The mission of this position is to implement in its area of responsibility the policies aimed at identifying and developing talent, coordinating the implementation, execution and monitoring of training plans and the catalog of learning activities.

1. Training plan:

• Compilation of training needs and economic quantification.
• Prioritization of actions and budget closure and follow-up.
• Identification / contracting and invoicing of suppliers.
• Coordination of execution of face-to-face / distance actions.
• Processing of FUNDAE subsidies.
• Training effectiveness follow-up.
• Monitoring of individual / specific development actions for Key People / Key Roles.

2. Potential / performance evaluation activities:

• Coordination and follow-up of performance and potential assessment programs.
• Support in talent identification conferences.
• Coordination of Development Centers and individual development plans.

3. Coordination of Qualifications / Polyvalence Matrix.

• Define process, roles, and necessary tools.
• Preparation and defense of your area of responsibility in audits.

4. Elaboration of KPIs in development and training areas. 

What skills do you need?

• Academic background:  Psychology degree, Labour Relations degree, Law degree.
• Languages (level): Spanish and English (mínimo First Certicate).
• Competences: Training Plan Management, Performance Evaluation models: Influence capacity, communication skills, empathy, assertiveness. Business knowledge. Knowledge and experience in generating qualification matrix.
• Working experience: Experience in training management, development policies, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Reporting to local HRBP, functional reporting to Head of Development Spain.
