Your Role & Responsibilities
- Management customer relationships
- Customer complaints 8D / Problem Solving
- Customer Action Plans including containments and corrective actions
- Customer KPI Follow-up
- Pressure management (“Sense of urgency needed”)
- Assure proper answers to customers in time
- Good communication skills
- Defining quality assurance tasks for production quality
- Propose escalations in case of customer insatisfaction
- Preparing sortings at customers after validation by Q-Head and Plant Manager
Your Skills & Strengths
- Engineering Degree
- Experience in similar customer quality assurance position
- C1 English
- 8D
- Problem Solving skills
- MS Office
- Experience in management of customer warranties
