Core Technology Engineer

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Design for manufacturability, designs review.
• Be the knowledge hub for your technology in the plant.
• Benchmarking, definition, development and deployment of new machines.
• Programming and validation of new products.
• New equipment sign-off and handover to other departments.
• Define process according to required capacity and quality and within cost, obtain materials and equipment required to deploy.
• Manage the capacity of your equipment for the present and future, plan the acquisition of new equipment if necessary.
• Continuous improvement of your knowledge and research of new technologies.
• Alternative technology learning.

Your Skills & Strengths

• Experience and knowledge in resistance welding, laser welding, laser marking, wire bonding.
• Experience and knowledge in inspection machines, AOI, X-Ray, etc.
• Experience in process engineering or production engineering (ideally automotive industry, min. 3 years).
• Studies in engineering or industrial engineering.
• Language skills in Spanish (C1), English (>B2).
• Budget management.
• Knowledge of assembly processes.
• Very good analytical thinking as well as a structured and target-oriented working method.
• Strong intercultural competencies & availability for international business trips.
