Intern - Mechanical Engineer

Your contribution

• As a Mechanical Engineering Intern you will work with engineers and department personnel to learn the processes and apply the principles of the MAHLE Production System (MPS).  
• Learn piston manufacturing and support processes.  May utilize methods involved in manufacturing to perform engineering, maintenance, set-up, production, clerical or other duties.
• Learn how to repair and maintain production machines and equipment. 
• Assists with 5S activities by working on projects to improve the overall appearance of the plant, according to MPS methodologies.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and currently enrolled in college, pursuing a technical degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word applications software is preferered for this position holder.
