Senior Compensation Analyst

Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal and external compensation data. 
  • Prepare ad-hoc compensation analysis and partner with business leaders, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition on compensation related matters.
  • Administer career band structures and associated salary grade structures.
  • Complete job evaluations using the HAY methodology and conduct market compensation studies.
  • Lead the annual salary review planning process, including system testing, managing timelines, auditing data, creating draft communications, delivering training, supporting compensation planning system, etc.
  • Administer various company incentive (bonus) programs.
  • Lead compensation-related projects such as design, revisions or updates of compensation policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Participate in national and local compensation surveys and perform analysis to determine internal equity and market competitiveness. Make recommendations based on results.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies and procedures are administered consistently and compliantly.



Your skills & strengths

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%
  • 7+ years of experience in similar position
  • Ability to identify and solve problems, to work within deadlines with a high attention to detail, and to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with all levels of employees, including Human Resources colleagues and senior level management and/or executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation delivery
  • Must have broad, basic understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • HRIS experience is required, SAP experience preferred
