Production Supervisor

Your Contribution:

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of production and service personnel to meet production schedules, as well as ensuring the execution and compliance with the systems defined for the company's operations.

Your main activities will be: 

• Executes and ensures compliance with operational procedures regarding quality and environmental systems.
• Executes and ensures compliance with safety procedures and standards.
• Develops operational plans, including shift changes, meal breaks, and transportation arrangements.
• Prepares reports on scrap, OEE, and improvement actions.
• Schedules personnel to participate in comprehensive training and development programs.
• Manages resources to ensure staff meet production and quality objectives.
• Ensures the production plan is met in accordance with the logistics department's schedule.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Technical degree or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
• Knowledge of personnel management
• Knowledge of industrial safety
