Your Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for production concept for MSP calculation. Commercial Planner (CP) generates concept and sends to PE.
• Develops and maintains plant project (incl. Ramp up plan) which aligns to Master Project Plan from PM         
• Leads plant project team to achieve PDP tasks.                       
• Ensures plant capacity and production quantities.                   
• Manages production launch.                                            
• Estimates, tracks, and releases project investment costs; obtains CAPEX approval at PDP Financial Approval Meeting
• Conducts pre-series production meeting.                       
• Performs trial run of pre-Series Production (PSP) release in SAP.               
• Ensures completion of - FMEA, process flow, control plan, work instruction and employee training.                          
• Schedules trail run of pre-Series Production (PSP) release in SAP.

Your Skills & Strenghts

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Ability to handle projects with multiple workstreams, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of business problems.
• Experience with different cultures and communication skills are important.
