Plant Controller

As Plant Controller , you will be responsible for : Ensuring that the interests of the MAHLE STC   in all matters related to controlling , finance , accounting and taxes are adequately addressed . 

Your Contribution:

• Leads plant's budgeting and forecasting functions.
•  Establishes and controls objectives for strategic planning, control and reporting, product costing, risk management, and corporate governance.
•  Ensures the application of accounting principles consistent with BIRILI (MAHLE Guidelines) and KORILI (German Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
•  Prepares and presents financial information for plant management, NA leadership, and MAHLE Executive Leadership.
• Oversees and directs efforts to improve product profitability.
• Controls working capital and capital expenditures, including the development and approval of business cases and appropriation requests.
• Controls plant processes, including interface with MAHLE NA Finance.

Your Experience & Qualifications :

• Experience in general accounting, auditing & compliance.
• Experience in budgeting & forecasting.
• Leading team experience and dealing with stakeholders on different levels.
• Manufacturing industry background.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) Secondary language skills are an advantage.
