Payroll Supervisor

As a Payroll Supervisor, you will responable our all payroll system at SCT plant

Your Contribution: 

• Reviewand evaluation of employee attendance
• Receiving and registering disability claims from the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS).
• Administration, data entry, and execution of the payroll process in SAP system
• Preparation of payroll cover sheets and filing of backup folders.
• Assisting employees with payroll process clarifications. 
•  Preparation of weekly absenteeism reports. 
• Monitoring employee absenteeism.
• Preparation of monthly payroll reports.
• Data entry for updating information kiosks.
• Administration and payment of child support payments.
•  Analysis, evaluation, and authorization of savings fund loans.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• 5 experience in the payroll process
• Knowledge of the SAP system
• Excel domain
