Your Roles & Responsibilities

• Apply and maintain the Purchase Planning procedure for direct materials, ensuring MRP runs as to the customer's orders and the production plan.
• Direct contact with suppliers to receive the material on time and meet the production schedule.
• Communicate to the team in a timely manner the risks of shortage of raw material in the plant.
• Carry out recovery plans together with the supplier in case of detecting delays in deliveries.
• Responsible for inventory control as well as its returns according to established policies and objectives.
• Meet the established goal in material transportation expenses.
• Minimize expediting costs in the importation of material.
• Responsible for the control of obsolescence avoiding or minimizing the impact.

Your Skills & Strengths

• 4-5 years experience in related field
• English fluency
• SAP knowledge strongly preferred
• Automotive experience, at least last 2 years
