Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Actively participate in client conferences.
- Carrying out procces audits(Layered Process Audits).

Control of non-conforming product , through the identification , location and disposition of materials .

Participate in continuous improvement meetings and ensure the establishment of actions for improvement of the quality of the product.

Responsible for the field of customer concerns and leads the teams relate to the management of nexessary corrective measures to ensure that non-confirming quality conditions are not repeated .

Maintains and improves the documented system to meet specific customer requirements .

Provides Knowledge to control and /or analyze quality problems and resolve them through .

Maintains and improves the documented system to meet requirements.
-
Implement improvements and corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met .

Verify: Operations instructions, training matrix, maintenance of equipment and machinery, content of the IP (Process Inspections ) sheet , cleaning and use of gages, maintenance of poka yokes .

Analysis of defects in process and gage control .
-
Manage containment and handling of non-confirming material .
-
Follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.

Actively participates in achieving and maintaining FSC certification as required .
Your Skills & Strengths
- 4-5 years experience in related field
- English fluency
- SAP knowledge strongly preferred
- Automotive experience, at least last 3 years
