Customer Quality Engineer
As a Customer Quality Engineer you will be responsable actively participate in the development and implementation of the quality system with other departments.
Your Contribution:
•Performs process audits (Layered Process Audits).
• Controls non-conforming product through the identification, location, and disposition of materials.
• Participates in continuous improvement meetings and ensures the establishment of actions to improve product quality.
• Addresses customer concerns and leads related teams in handling the necessary corrective measures to ensure that non-conforming quality conditions do not recur.
• Maintains and improves the documented system to meet specific customer requirements.
• Provides expertise to monitor and/or analyze quality issues and resolve them by implementing solutions.
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- 5 experience in related field.
- English fluency.
- Automotive experience, at least last 3 years
