COE Fixed Assets Analyst
Your Contribution:
The COE Fixed Assets Analyst is responsible for monitoring and maintaining company’s fixed assets, as well as improving fixed assets processes while ensuring process documentation. This role will be responsible for supporting all MAHLE entities within North America.
- Monitor fixed assets master changes (additions, transfers, disposals).
- Monitor company’s fixed assets under construction.
- Run fixed asset capitalization and settlement process.
- Monthly fixed asset reconciliation report and asset under construction report.
- Calculate monthly and annual depreciation.
- Support on internal and external audit process.
- Lead Projects to improve Fixed Assets process.
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%.
- 2+ years in similar position is a must.
- Knowledge of SAP is a must.
- Knowledge of Excel (Data base, formulas, pivot tables) is a must.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Project Management skills.
- Customer Service Oriented, Self-motivated, and Detail Oriented.
