Treasury Intern (Students)

Your Contribution; 

Support the Back Office team in daily operations with a focus on accounting-related tasks and bank reconciliations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in financial processes, internal controls, and corporate treasury operations, contributing to the accuracy and integrity of financial records. 

• Assist in the preparation and execution of daily bank reconciliations for multiple entities and currencies.
• Support the recording and classification of treasury transactions in the accounting system.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate month-end closing activities.
• Help monitor cash positions and support the preparation of cash flow reports.
• Participate in the review and reconciliation of intercompany transactions.
• Assist in the documentation and improvement of treasury processes and internal controls.
• Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned by the Treasury team.

Your Experience & Qualifications; 

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, filters, and data analysis).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of Financial Accounting and Treasury processes.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and applications is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective time management skills when handling financial information and meeting critical deadlines.
• Effective organization and time management skills to meet closing deadlines and reconciliation schedules.
