The Team Lead IT Innovation and AI leads a team experts and enthusiasts driving innovation in IT and AI. S/he is an expert in cutting-edge technology and comfortable in identifying their potential in adding business value. The evangelist for IT Innovation is able to pitch latest trends to senior executives at any time as well as giving deep-dives to experts. Being hosted within the IT, the position holder builds up and maintains a network of relationships with stakeholders in IT, e.g., Service Units and Enterprise Architect Management, as well as with similarly-minded people on the business side.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of experts and enthusiasts in driving innovation in IT and AI.
• Identify and evaluate cutting-edge technologies and their potential for adding business value.
• Identify potential business value behind technology innovation, prioritize and roadmap initiatives, and deliver tangible recommendations based on experiments and proof-of-concepts.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of IT innovation strategy and roadmaps.
• Pitch latest trends to senior executives at any time as well as giving deep-dives to experts.
• Build and maintain a network of relationships with stakeholders in IT, e.g., Service Units and Enterprise Architect Management, as well as with similarly-minded people on the business side.

Your Skills & Strengths:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT innovation, technology consulting, or related field.
• Experience managing a team of technical experts.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on businesses.
• Strong business acumen and ability to apply current development in technology to business problems in order to deliver sustainable value.
• Communication skills to explain complex technical issues to non-technical and non-specialist stakeholders and at different levels of the organization.
